For a little over a week a total of 56 restaurants of Valencia among which are some of the best, offer the opportunity to book their exclusive menus at a price of 20 Euros and 30 Euros for dinner.
The booking is made online at the Web (and paid), with the option to cancel 24 hours in advance without charge and within those 24 hours for 50% of the price.
From the list of restaurants that appears there are some very prestigious in which it is advisable to book now to take place.
